Me and my partner loved our stay here. The best hotel I’ve been in. The facilities were brilliant. Bedrooms were modern and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Konstantina, she made us feel very welcome throughout our stay and was very friendly. They provide towels for the beach and pool, we never had a problem getting a sun bed at the pool, there were always beds available. We only stayed for breakfast but there was lots of choice and food was lovely. Prices for drinks and food was very reasonable, room service was available and you could have food brought to you whilst on the beach. The location was perfect, lots of bars and restaurants near by and of course the beach right outside. The old town was about a 25/30 min walk but is worth going, on the evening it’s a nice walk as it’s cooler and a nice walk down the strip looking at the beach. Food was brilliant, didn’t have one bad meal. I would recommend the restaurant Nostos which is a 5 min walk from the hotel. If you’re looking to book trips Get your guide was what we used and went on a great safari jeep tour. The only thing I would suggest is having a bar by the pool as sometimes was a bit of a pain getting dressed and going to get a drink. Other than that we loved our stay and was a fab hotel.

I visited the hotel 2 years ago, where it was a different manager as well as a different team present. I visited this hotel for the second time about a week ago and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The hotel has lost a lot of quality within the short 2 years and many aspects are unfortunately no longer suitable for a 5 star hotel! Service: The team is no longer so well trained. On the private beach, neither the sunbeds nor the tables are neatly pushed back after guest use (chaos and not aesthetically pleasing), you have to permanently get towels yourself and ask for them (wasn´t like that in the past) and you also have to run after your bills yourself (is/was the task of the service in the past). Very unfortunate, because it does not live up to the 5 star luxury hotel service and you rather have to partially take over the service yourself. Very disappointing for the big amount of money you pay! Room service/cleaness: That was a HUGE Shocker!!! We had found a blemish in the room EVERY SINGLE DAY (couldn't miss it) after the cleaning team "cleaned up". Neon green detergent spread on the entire toilet ring and not flushed away, dirty and hairy towels which have been put down as "fresh", not cleaned up dirty coffee cups and trash cans. Really unbelievable and a pity, that the cleaning staff worked so extremely sloppy and unclean. I have never had such bad room cleaning service! Staff & Management: Unfortunately, the team as well as the manager has changed negatively. The internal communication is very poor, so that many processes run incorrectly (e.g. restaurant, hotel rules, etc.). Every employee tells the guest something different and no one really knows what is right. The hotel and the manager were much more organized and professional 2 years ago. Very confusing, annoying and a shame. Food: The food is fortunately the only thing that is still good and tasty. Summing up, I would rather rcommend you to spend that big amount of money on a different 5 star hotel. This one is unfortuantely not worth it anymore.

Great team! Recommended to everyone. We got an upgrade with the condition that we had to move to another room for the last few days. First we got a sea view room with jacuzzi and then a swimup! While we had booked the cheapest room. Good food in the restaurant and friendly staff who work hard! Housekeeping really cleans here too. Short half hour walk from the city but with taxi it was only 6 euros. It is next to a turtle beach so we saw baby turtles going in the Sea!!

Beautiful hotel, very modern and well equipped. The staff couldn’t do enough for us! The old town is about a 25 minute walk away but when you have a beautiful seafront to walk along, it doesn’t feel as long. The private beach is lovely too. Only criticism is that for a room for a couple we had two single beds, whereas a double would have been more comfortable, but other than that - loved it! Would definitely return. Also, kudos to Konstantina who was so lovely and friendly when we ordered countless drinks and told her about our day

The expectation we had for a "Seafront Luxury Suites" Hotel was rather different than what we experienced checking-in. It's basically a nice and small City Hotel in front of a main road, which is throughout the day very noisy and full of exhaust emissions one is breathing sitting on the nice terrace. It's a new and modern Hotel, nice architecture with modern furnishing. Hotel rooms are standard, nothing exceptional and for sure not what one expect by reading "luxury suites". Food in the restaurant is standard. We will for sure not return and I cannot recommend it
